- I joined the Strength Camp outdoor workouts in April of 2020.
- I joined in hopes of trying to keep active during the beginning of the pandemic. I was tired of doing cardio at the gym and wanted to try something different.
- I wanted to develop an active lifestyle, lose weight, and become a stronger version of myself.
- I was able to lose 45lbs and gain strength and muscle by working out at Strength Camp while incorporating a healthier diet.
- My family and friends have noticed my weight loss, my new found confidence, and the commitment I now have towards working out.
- The biggest obstacle I’ve faced during this journey has been overcoming and stabilizing the knee and shoulder pain I have from years of being overweight and having a strenuous job.
- My favorite thing about Strength Camp is being able to see the progression of my workouts during testing week. It further reiterates the success of the program created by Coach Eric.
- Burpees if you’re late to class!!!
- I recommend it to anybody who is interested and curious in working out with weights and wanting to become stronger. Age or fitness level doesn’t matter, Strength Camp is for everybody!
- Growing stronger means becoming confident in yourself and your abilities, being able to achieve your fitness goals, and not letting a setback deter you, but rather motivate you.
