- I started training with @coacherichung back in fall 2019, when he hosted Strength Camp on the weekends at our old gym. I’m proud to say I’m one of the super OGs at Strength Camp SF!
- After spending most of my adult years doing some form of HIIT and CrossFit, I was just looking for a new challenge. Powerlifting had always been something I wanted to try, but never really trained in a solid program until I met Eric!
- I’ve definitely hit some really good numbers at the gym! All I can say is that I’m definitely benching a lot more than two plates these days!
- Definitely get lots of compliments at work. Ranging from “damn you look good!” to “damn what kind of workout do you do?!” Overall, I think people just noticed my confidence or how I carry myself now.
- I think the biggest obstacle I’ve faced at the gym is staying motivated through times when I’ve hit a physical plateau. Those times when the weights feel heavy and they just don’t move like they should.
- Definitely the community and culture of Strength Camp SF! The atmosphere is always very chill and everyone is always super supportive of each other.
- Not much to dislike! Could maybe use a few more Rogue flat benches though ;-)
-Growing stronger means showing up for yourself. Doing the work everyday to be a better you. Whether at the gym or just in life, you got to show up for yourself.
- ANYBODY! As mentioned before, the community and culture at our gym is top notch. So anybody, at any skill level, would be a perfect fit at Strength Camp!
