When did you join Strength Camp?

- February 2021

Why did you join Strength Camp?

- I joined Strength Camp SF so I can look good on my work calls during the tail end of the pandemic. I wanted to get active since I was cooped up during the pandemic and I wanted to get my fitness regimen back on track.

Can you describe your top 3 goals you had before starting?

  1. Lose weight
  2. Get swole
  3. Stay consistent in my fitness journey

Can you list your achievements you’ve had since beginning at Strength Camp?

  1. My body gained a lot of muscle and slimmed down
  2. My DM’s from the Gym Bros increased
  3. Became a Strength Camp SF influencer with those two chain weighted pull-ups

What compliments have you received since joining Strength Camp?

- “Bro you’re getting beefy”

- “Teach me to be like you”

- “Damnnnnnnnnnnn”

- “Bro, is that a large shirt cause it looks like an extra medium”

- “Wow, dude, have you been working out?”

What is the biggest obstacle you’ve faced in your journey?

- Building the habit to go consistently every day

- Getting injured and working back up from that

What is your favorite thing about Strength Camp? What makes it unique from other gyms?

- It’s a super fun and social environment. I can get in shape and still act a fool with the homies. You can catch me and coach Stephen (miss you) doing the most in classes.

What is your least favorite thing about Strength Camp?

- Coach Kobe is weak lol jk. His handle is Kobe the Monster, but he’s more like a Pocket Monster.

Who would you recommend Strength Camp to?

- Anyone trying to maintain hotboy/hotgirl summer all year round 🔥

What does it mean to you to grow stronger?

- Strong habits and a mindset that’s keen on constant improvement
