Strength Camp’s goals aligned with my vision, and provided a welcoming and supportive community.

• Can you describe your top 3 goals you had before starting?

1. Learn how to safely & effectively train my body with proper form and technique.

2. Build consistency and resiliency through consistent class attendance.
