- I started a new job and lost access to my corporate gym. I was looking for a gym that was nearby and one that offered challenging classes.
- My main goal was to get back into a consistent exercise routine. I also wanted to feel stronger and physically capable to participate in any type of strenuous activity. If I woke up one morning and felt like running a half marathon, that I could totally do it!
- I can do pistol squats and a couple of (struggling) pull ups.
- Mostly how much stronger I’ve gotten.
- Waking up to get to the gym on time. Mentally, however, I still find it challenging to look at the scale numbers and not feel too discouraged.
- Even though I’ve been coming to class consistently for over a year, I love that I can still feel sore! The coaches are also great, and are quick to fix my form and push me to do more.
- It’s hard to miss a day of the week. If I can’t come on a Monday, I don’t like that that also means I miss out on deadlifts for the week.
- It’s really for anybody, at any level! I think it’s especially great for people looking to get stronger and learn proper technique.
