• Why did you join Strength Camp?

- At first, I joined Strength Camp simply to lower my cholesterol. Now as time goes by, not only have I seen physical changes in my body, but I’ve also experienced boosts in my confidence and overall well-being.

• Can you describe your top 3 goals you had before starting?

• What compliments have you received since joining Strength Camp?

- Since joining Strength Camp, I’ve received compliments about my improved physical strength and muscle definition, which is always encouraging.

• What is the biggest obstacle you’ve faced in your journey?

- One of the main obstacles I face in my journey to gain muscle is not eating enough calories. I often find it challenging to meet my nutritional needs, which makes it difficult for my body to build and repair muscle effectively. 

• What is your favorite thing about Strength Camp? What makes it unique from other gyms?

- I appreciate the structured environment and support from the community, which helps keep me motivated in my fitness journey.

• What is your least favorite thing about Strength Camp?

- One of my least favorite things about Strength Camp might be the occasional feeling of intimidation when trying new exercises or weights. It can be a bit overwhelming at times, However, everyone starts somewhere, and the supportive atmosphere helps me push through those moments.


• Who would you recommend Strength Camp to?

- I highly recommend Strength Camp to beginners like myself because it offers structured programs and classes tailored for all fitness levels.

• What does it mean to you to grow stronger?

- Ultimately, it’s about becoming the better version of myself, embracing growth, and feeling empowered to push my limits.
