Lisa is a coach and leader, passionate about helping people identify and overcome obstacles that hinder them from reaching their health goals.After spending 20+ years in leadership roles at various Fortune 500 Companies, she experienced first hand, and with countless others, how difficult it is to manage stress, prioritize health, and maintain a healthy lifestyle while excelling in a professional career.
Determined to recover from burnout and reverse its negative health impacts, Lisa completed a Master's Degree in Nutrition Education from The American University and earned several certifications in Health, Nutrition, Fitness, Behavior Change, and Coaching. She has now left the corporate world behind to focus all her energy in helping others recover from and prevent the negative impacts of stress and burnout. Her unique approach to coaching is finding the most simple and accessible solutions that fit within your existing daily routines and keeping exercise fun and energizing.
Lisa found Strength Camp SF in 2023 when seeking a safe and welcoming space to explore strength training as a way to offset the effects of perimenopause and aging. After experiencing the positive impacts on her own health, she became even more motivated to help others get and feel stronger! Age is just a number - what matters most is how you spend your time and how you make others feel around you.
